MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATOR

Ran-Mar Corporation / Village Homes is looking for a Loan Originator for a start up residential mortgage loan business. Must have or be able to get a license and pass a background check.

Job Description:
Responsibilities will be to establish from scratch a mortgage loan business.

Skills Required:
o Minimum 5 years experience processing residential mortgage loans
o Able to review, analyze and calculate qualifying income documentation from personal tax returns to more complex business returns
o Able to review and analyze property valuations
o Able to review and analyze assets and credit reports
o Able to review, analyze and clear title report findings
o Knowledge of DU, LP, MI and non conforming products/programs.
o Able to multi task to complete various tasks required
o Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Computer savvy and knowledge of Microsoft applications preferred

Skills Desired:
o DU/LP underwriting experience
o Organized and detail oriented individual
o Self motivated, resourceful individual.
