Building Code Conformance

Floor System
· Double 2 x 12 perimeter band joists at long walls only.
· Mating wall, 4 member 2 x 12 girder system (two each box) on 24' - 31'6" wide models
· Floor joists are 2 x 10 SPF 16" O.C. with solid bridging with ledger board
· ¾" tongue and groove Plywood sub-floor decking glued and fastened
· Floor decking is cut back 1 1/2" on each side of marriage wall openings with nailer strip shipped loose for field installation.
